louis l'amour man

At a party the other night, I meet a fellow who collects Louis L'amour novels. He has over a hundred so far. Says he carries around a checklist in his back pocket & is always dipping into used book bins. I love this town.

I bet I could have a long conversation with this guy. I've read most of those...

My grandfather had every one ever printed. If you know the guy and get his list I could ask my grandmother for them. He passed away 5 years ago so I'm sure he wouldn't mind...

brennen: haven't you read most of anything? :) come to NY sometime and meet your identical twin, separated from birth.

heather: sadly, he disappeared into the night. but maybe brennen here might be interested. that's it, i'm turning this blog into a marketplace...6 bids so far, 21 minutes remaining!

I think that I am all set for Louis L'Amour paperbacks. I inherited duplicates for about half of them.

On the other hand, if anyone has a copy of The Green Hills of Earth, mine is falling apart...
