do it yourself carsledding
To make this homemade car sled, you will need
- a backseat shelf from a 1991 Ford Probe
- two (2) ethernet cables, 8-12 ft. long
- a roll of storm window plastic to make the underside slick
- copious amounts of duct tape
Here I am, living proof that fun can be had, lo, even beneath the nightmare sulfur glow of a Lincoln Nebraska winter evening. External temperature: 4 degrees.

Posted by: Brennen at January 6, 2005 04:56 PMYeah there were some skeptics when I dug it out, but we had no problems, held a 190 lb guy in fact. You gotta wonder if it might still carry a signal...(stay tuned as we construct a small lan between the sled and a server in the trunk)...

(only dorks could turn hillbilly sledding into a geekfest. not mentioning any names here alan and brennen)
